10:41 pm - Legend of Hyrule Wiki

iyouboushi
I just wanted to make a final post here to say that we will no longer be posting any information on this game on Livejournal. Instead we have set up a wiki for the rule book because it's a whole lot easier to edit and keep track of information. We are still in the process of creating all of the relevant pages and adding more information, but if you are interested in this project at all we highly recommend you check it out.

3:26 am - Core Rule Book Update

iyouboushi
Believe it or not this project is NOT dead. It's just been awhile since the last time we've updated (over a year, close to two). We have come back to the drawing board with renewed determination to finish the first edition rule book. As such, a lot of things have changed since the last time I posted it. It's less like FFRPG and many things have been simplified to make the game flow easier.

Oh yeah, we also decided to add the Yeti race as Yeto and Yeta have a special place in our hearts.

It's still not complete though and has a lot more work to be done. But it's further than it was.

Here is everything that Smz and I have put together thus far. There are a lot of incomplete sections, and many things are just plain missing (such as what stats we will use). Most of the information in this book is up for debate/discussion, so feel free to comment.

10:01 pm - Introductions

iyouboushi
For those who are just joining us, let me first say welcome.

Smz and I have been laying the framework necessary for creating this massive RPG Core Book. However, we're always open to suggestions on how to improve and keep it closer to the traditional style of The Legend of Zelda.

With that said, I feel it is very important to point out that this RPG was highly inspired by the Returner's Final Fantasy Pen & Paper RPG. Perhaps you've heard of them, perhaps not. If not, I highly recommend it.

The next post I make will be what Smz and I have finished thus far. So until then feel free to introduce yourselves in this post.
